You are only right on #1 and I prefer when you put alleged in front of it. Honestlt there are som many queers in jail if you arent gay it isnt an issue you just do your time and thats it. I have only been in SD and Wyoming two of the softest prisons, but it is not like that at all.

State the only fed place in either state is in Yankton Sd Minimum place. Feds are thinking of picking up my new charges though. I would rather go fed I would get less time.
